  • The Grand Mercure Recife aimed to spotlight their exceptional pet-friendly services, renowned gastronomy, unique coffee rituals, versatile event spaces, and luxurious amenities. Our goal was to capture and convey the essence of these features to attract a broader audience.

  • To elevate Grand Mercure Recife’s online presence, we implemented a multi-faceted social media strategy where we:

    • Created high-quality photo/video content showcasing the hotel’s luxury amenities, pet-friendly services, and cultural experiences

    • Actively engaged with followers through interactive content (eg. polls & Q&A sessions)

    • Ran targeted ad campaigns on themes of “pet-friendly stays” and “gourmet dining experience”

    • Aligned content curation with hotel’s promotion goals and seasonal events (eg. food campaign highlighting hotel’s premium cuisine & Valentine’s Day campaign showcasing romantic amenities)

    • Provided monthly analytics reports and insights to track performance and optimize strategies in real-time

  • Across 3 months:

    • 1240 new followers

    • 750K accounts reached

    • 28% increase in engagement

    • 22% increase in bookings, especially among families, with a notable increase in pet-friendly reservations

    • 17% increase in couples’ bookings, with many opting for romantic amenities
