  • Estancia Villa María is a luxury villa located in Buenos Aires on a sprawling 182-acre estate. It attracts families, weddings, businesses, sports teams, and celebrities with its highly personalized service, award-winning gastronomy, and premium amenities.

  • Estancia Villa María faced the challenge of promoting their new accommodation space while effectively showcasing the villa’s unique offerings and luxurious experiences.

    They also needed a strategy to highlight their elegant charm, attract Millennial and GenZ users, and increase their engagement.

  • To attract Millennials and Gen Z, we implemented a social media strategy where we:

    • Created high-quality photo/video assets showcasing the new accommodation, luxury spaces, and amenities

    • Curated user-generated content, scheduled content, and wrote copy for posts

    • Engaged daily with followers via stories and messages

    • Ran targeted ad campaigns to target Gen Z travelers

    • Organized a successful influencer partnership with 2 tourism profiles, leading to 12,000+ comments in one post

    • Organized a tea brand partnership that boosted engagement and led to hosted events on the villa with 240 attendees and 72 villa loyalty sign-ups

    • Provided monthly analytics reports and insights to track performance and optimize strategies in real-time

  • Across 3 months:

    • 2505 new followers

    • 2M accounts reached

    • 33% increase in engagement

    • Increased average customer satisfaction and team efficiency through implementation of automated messaging system for communications.

    • 6 premium vendors attracted for hotel after content was implemented into the brand's marketing materials
